Community

We are proud of our community involvement.

CCBSS is committed to giving back to the communities where we do business — and call home. We encourage community service, both by sponsoring initiatives as a company and by offering our associates programs that support their volunteer activities. Donating time and resources, all of our locations work with worthy organizations to provide support locally and nationally.

Supporting Our Neighbors!

Our Targeted Sales Team, located in Tulsa, OK, have volunteered at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma several times throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The mission of this food bank is to feed the hungry of eastern Oklahoma through a network of partner agencies and to engage communities in ending hunger. The team had various roles ranging from registering families as they arrived, keeping food easily accessible, and stocking and loading the food items into the cars of recipients. The team had a great time helping during these unprecedented times and were happy to showcase the true spirit of CCBSS.

Bettering Our Planet

CCBSS associates were pleased to host community service activations in Atlanta, Tampa, Tulsa, along with flying solo participants in support of International Coastal Cleanup Day. Associates in Atlanta cleaned and beautified Hahn Woods Park on the Emory University campus. Tampa-based associates cleaned the Ben T. Davis Beach shoreline, collecting trash from the beach and surrounding parking lot. In Tulsa, associates volunteered at River Parks, where they collected trash along a mile of the Arkansas River. In addition, our flying solo participants identified areas and completed independent environmental projects. Thank you to all who participated in bettering our planet!

Connecting for Positivity

Members of CCBSS Customer Contact Center recently came together to serve their communities! Team members supported College Bound Academy with translations and tutorials on how to complete registration forms online and on paper. College Bound Academy is a tuition-free, college preparatory K-4 charter school. In addition, team members painted signs for the outdoor garden center at A New Leaf in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. A New Leaf’s mission is to provide job training, life skills, and residential services to elevate confident independence and self-sufficiency for people with developmental disabilities and autism. Thank you, CCC, for taking the time to make a positive impact!

Empowering Youth

CCBSS held its annual Back-to-School Supply Drive to assist students in underserved communities in Atlanta, Tampa, and Tulsa. Associates contributed various supplies valued at nearly $4,000 collectively and donated over 200 backpacks. Team members in Tampa gathered at the Tampa Police Department’s R.I.C.H. House to fill backpacks. Thank you to all CCBSS associates who participated!
